I"ve been at IBM over 20 years and have seen the company change a lot. Our current work structure over the last 2 years has been the best I've experienced. I love being able to explore new directions and ideas, knowing it won't be shut down if its a good idea!

I'm free to be creative and to take chances and explore new directions for bringing attention to our offering. They've been supportive of every new idea I've brought forward!

Highly collaborative. We work very well in a matrix where various leaders step forward and lead initiatives. I love the dynamic way that we're able to work; remote mostly, mobile to meet clients, partners and co-workers. Everyone I work with is open and working for the team
