What is the best part about your compensation package?
The work-life balance! (I know it's not technically part of the package, but it also kind of is.)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The principles and how broadly they are applied. No one's perfect, but that's also part of the principles.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team does a good job of incorporating the principles of the company. Dave and Armon are very present, without micromanaging.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All of the teams that I work with treat each other with kindness, empathy, and respect. Learning is encouraged, and mistakes aren't punished.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making a difference for both our end users and the internal teams I support - removing obstacles, making people's lives a little easier.
