I've thoroughly enjoyed my time at the company. I've been able to progress relatively quickly in the time I've been here and I feel I've made some meaningful impacts to how we operate as an organization.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I enjoy working for HashiCorp. I've been here a while and seen the company grow, so I do miss some of the camaraderie and closeness of the earlier days. That said, I still feel this company is a great place to work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the monthly stipend for WFH

My team is interactive, passionate, and engaged.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the new vision and focus on the customer experience, standardization, and prescription.

I think that we have a good equity program as well as the ESPP.
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving organizational problems, coming up with new ideas/workflows/etc. to enhance the experience of the team.

I love that my team is enthusiastic about making the experience for our customers world class

My coworkers are frankly the best. I really enjoy working with my team, solving problems, building new workflows/processes, etc.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I do feel that my voice is heard and that, for the most part, they adhere to the company principles.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The few in person opportunities we have are definitely cherished. I wish we had more, but the times that we do are VERY valuable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that our workplace team tries to keep the remote culture positive and engaged. There's a concerted effort to ensure folks feel a part of the company even though we are all mostly remote.
