Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
matching 401k, comp is lower than average for role, forced to pay for parking for mandatory office is ridiculous and expensive, no remote flexibility is also ridiculous, changes in commission payments don't match product cycles (ie -only paid as flex consumption is used)
