Visibility and involvement that is capable because we are still small enough.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work life balance is the best asset of this company, so hoping that stays.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think we need manager training, more in depth role specific onboarding, and better community engagement with teams to foster building relationships.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have barely gotten to know my team, but I do feel this is a miss as I should feel more integrated by now.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My pay is great and I like the switch to Anthem, but several of the other benefits that helped me decide to take this job seem to be not what they seemed or are being taken away one by one since I joined a few short months ago.
