Solving a hard problem or producing a really useful chunk of work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're still a small team within the org, which means communication is easier and faster than one where the responsibilities are more diffuse.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a shared value of inclusivity and the company actually lives it, to an extent no other company I've worked at has.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Although our share price right now is following downward market trends, there's still a lot of upside and it's great to have that opportunity for investment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our co-founders are still very much active leaders in the organization, with a deep understanding of why we do what we do, the way that we do it.
