Since August, I have been in tech heaven. Everything I was looking for in a company, I found it at Hashicorp. There are some things that can be worked on, but what company is perfect? This is as close to perfect I feel I'll ever get.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're like a family vs just co-workers. Everyone is rooting each other on and giving amazing advice. My team will come to my rescue at any time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everything! Everyone I've met so far have been more than nice. I really enjoy Hashicorp. I've learned so much in these last few months. I love it here.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to do what I love, with an amazing team. It makes a big difference. I wake up excited that I get to do what I'm passionate about and working with an amazing teams, makes it all the better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
having to travel and pay for hotel rooms is very costly. It's something that I can't afford at the moment, in due time I will, but as a new employee, I find it to be a really big struggle. My compensation is nice but it's just a confusing. I still love Hashicorp and all they do.
