The collegiality is pretty great
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Paid fairly, with 1.5 time for overtime. Annual bonuses, and decent raises. 5% contribution to 401k every year plus they match a quarter for every dollar I contribute. 30 days of PTO every year!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is very hands-off. Employees are encouraged to take ownership of their own career path. Self starters and active learners do very well here, but this might not be the best environment for people who need more hand-holding and direction.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A few senior employees seem to have become complacent. They have reached their salary cap, and are not motivated to continue learning or keeping up with new technologies. People might be more motivated if they knew there was still opportunity for growth.
