Promoting the people who know the work and not the good old boy network
Offering management - get the solutions that customers care about - and FAST. Pay the employees that contribute the most - with annual bonuses that are valuable.
My team is great - we have had corporate initiatives that have decimated the skills base, leaving relatively few to do all of the work and many who cannot or will not do the work
Forced march to the office is ridiculous. Forced application of agile practices when they are not always a fit. Lack of knowledgeable and realistic leadership. Good old boy network. Perception that CEO does not care about non exec employees.
