No vision for the future. Apparently IBM will grow by doing less and less. Only solutions they can come to is moving workforce offshore. ALL decisions are short-term and only intended to make stockholders happy for a couple of months. Client sat, investments in employee dev take back seat.
IBM is mostly a services company that looks at the people who generate the revenue only as costs. Until that mindset shifts and SCHEMES like back to office intended to push expensive people out of the company go away, will not get better. CEO is obsessed 20 year olds OR younger because of cost
