Extremely positive. Mostly great support from management, good compensation and difficult problems to solve.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
At the end of the day they are primarily customer driven. Customers (NOT JUST TECHNOLOGY) are the key to corporate success.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My family has great health insurance. 401 matching funds are also very nice but the health plan is the greatest part.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with a group of extremely energetic, dynamic and motivated people. They push me to deliver more than I could on my own.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are happy and generally upbeat about their jobs and their responsibilities. I work in a lot of customer environments doing implementations - we are generally much happier than they are.
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving challenging problems implementing technology in new environments. My very favorite thing in the world is insurmountable brick walls - if it seems like it can't be done that just makes me want to do it more.
