What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is good, sadly equity compensation is lacking even when giving our senior executives significant bonuses.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture varies greatly depending on work location. Growing countries are well invested in to drive and maintain employee morale, shrinking countries, not so much.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
More aggressively make decisions to transform the business and supporting organizations. Even after decades of deep cutting there is still too much power grabbing, infighting and duplication of investments.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are wonderful to work with and are dedicated to success, however inconsistency and clarity in leadership makes it difficult to always know where to focus efforts, resulting in rework, wasted effort and confusion.
