Team delivers what is expected. They all abide what the Manager is telling them to do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The increments based on performance should be decided across board & not decided by a Manager. The variable pay needs to be realistic and should be decent enough.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have a great team to work with. As a Manager, I ensure that I have a standard measurement of work, but people become unhappy because the others are not doing the same.
