What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Diversity and Inclusion programs and good benefits

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Transparency, accountability, openess, agile and caring about people

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They need to work harder and be more accountable if their results

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

The turn around time of recruitment team. They're too slow. You would have already gotten another job by the time you get progess on your application.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Work environment is toxic. All executives care about is profit and savings. Care about people more. Treat them as assets and not just resources. Abolish the culture of 100% utilization. This is ciubter productive and is reason for losing great talent.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Basic salary is not competitive at all. IBM has to reassess its base salary based on all its competition in the BPO industry in Manila, including start ups and not just the big companies. The new companies coming in as BPO are paying more and more
