Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes...IBM is laying off it's employees, eliminating all the regular IBMER'S & hiring contractors or a IBMer get new job sat a much lower pay
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I was laid off with only 1 month pay! In 2016 the CEO & upper management decided that we were not worth getting 6 months severance pay!
