They need to look after the business more than themselves.

Meeting new people, being able to make a difference engaging in diversity initiatives.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I want to be equally compensated compared to my peers who do the same job. HR fails to identify these discrepancies, and usually hides them.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership does not have a consistent culture. You can land with a great manager or with a horrible one. Horrible managers get away with everything, including discrimination.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I want to be paid competitively. I have been asking for a compensation review and adjustment for years, to multiple different leadership teams, and the problem still persists.
