What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hire the right people, not just the lowest cost people. Provide the tools we need to do our jobs, like databases instead of a multitude of individually created excel sheets that don't work together, the constant RAs are demotivating and demoralizing.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Expectation is that everything will be done perfectly and done asap, we just dont have enough good people for this to happen. Internal clients miss key deadlines but we are expected to still meet deliverable dates. ICA process is a nightmare.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Have not received a decent raise and/or bonus in a long, long time. Since our teams are so small the expectation is that we will check in/work while we are on vacation, which is not right. We are expected to have higher and higher utilization every year, and take more and more mandatory learning yea
