Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
IBM is a great company to work and invest in. My family and I are very grateful to have this opportunity to build our lives around it. I believe that with our current strategy and belief we can positively change society as a whole but in some instances we must remain patient and accelerate in others

making big changes that shape the industry and our culture.
What are some of the best things about your team?
IBM coworkers are some of the most intelligent and determined in the industry.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
IBMers say what they feel and empathize with each other in majority cases.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The candor that they demonstrate in their strategy and efforts to move IBM and our people forward.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team works in the best interest of the whole (versus individuals) IBM which has been a major focus of our leadership.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very clear on our objectives and that has made a tremendous difference from the past where we try to do everything.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that compensation should include more MBO opportunity to obtain higher pay for employees that make big contributions as opposed to standard pay using the variable pay model.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to help my company shape the industry through our contributions of technology. Knowing that I work for a company that believes in doing the right thing all the time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate that I can be "me" at work. While not always able to bring exactly who I am without judgement.. it is getting better through recent actions that our Senior leaders are taking to put more diverse leadership in place.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I can't say that I feel undervalued. However, I firmly believe that compensation could be better because other industry peers are compensated based on true organizational performance with opportunities for upside when they exceed goals. IBM is conservative (budget) with little oppty to exceed.
