it started off good, but despite jumping into it with both feet, my career path has slowed. either you are on the "in" or you are not and that has become more apparent with each day.
What makes you most happy at work?
new challenges and projects excite me. Something different and new.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we work together. honestly...that is the positive...everyone in our group is accountable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
we collaborate natively. Everyone is doing their best to share knowledge and support each other. It is very cohesive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate leadership team is engaged in our business line, but I am not sure they are fully vested in my career path at IBM.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
my retirement account options are the best perk. The flexibility of working remotely (pre-covid) was a nice necessity. Pay is fair...but confusing. On many occasion, I have been told to just accept my IPL...and many managers have failed to explain it to me when pressed, they too didn't understand it
