I'm proud of IBM and to work for them. My department seems lost in the mix and even though we're constantly told we are valued. Funding for the team never appears, our team has shrunk in my four years. Schedules aren't fair. Nothing for fairness is done, only dealing with fires as they appear.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We have to many weak links who don't seem motivated or encourage to improve. Let alone put in the effort. Hard to get paid the same as them when doing twice the work. Known by managers but they're fearful they can't replace the staff if they let one go.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is no career growth. I do double the work of my peers and it's down to my self ambition. Doing the bare minimum is accepted and some times applauded. I want to stay at IBM for a long time but I suspect that I've gone as far as I can in my group.
