They are smart, capable people who are also kind and humble. Rock star skills without the prima dona attitude.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Align resources with expectations. Everyone complains of not enough resources, but I have compliance missions that require skill sets not found in my team.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I need more time to work on innovation. Too much of my time is spent on mechanical work, like moving old software to a new platform, or compliance efforts.
