We interact really well with each other and enjoy seeing each other. We also love to motivate one another
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just feel as though I have performed qtr after qtr and am still one of the lowest paid on the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the way that they interact with us as a team. Although they are our managers, they also make sure that they connect with us on a personal level
