I love my boss and peers. I hate that IBM switched us from Blue Cross Blue Shield to Aetna. It puts more of the medical cost burden on us. Pre-Covid, I loved going into work at our office. I liked the break room, culture club events and general vibe of the environment at the office.

I have a fantastic manager who challenges me and gives me autonomy. Secondly, I have peers that I enjoy working with and spending time with outside of work.
