I've greatly enjoyed working with talented, dedicated folks on challenging problems in fulfillment of an important mission. I've been disheartened by RAs and the lack of transparency around them, and sometimes frustrated by stifling bureaucracy that can make it challenging to get things done.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
They convey a coherent story on what we are working towards as a company. Especially in the last couple of years, there has been an obvious effort to clearly communicate strategy and help us understand how various BUs are working towards it. Town halls, Q&As, and office hours have all been good.
