I am not completely convinced with leadership team work, they maintain more distance from ground. we create more leadership than working force
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Never match market, moreover Perks or other benefits are nothing, hard worker and results based compensation is not there in IBM.. moreover no retention benefits or other motivations benefits
