part of my team is committed to doing work. Unfortunately, another part is not and cannot be relied upon to do the basics of their job.

The team I work with is invested in the work we do, cares about the outcome and impact of our work. They're respectful and open to hearing differing opinions.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have an opportunity to learn and grow and some autonomy with the direction in which I take my career. I enjoy being involved in a variety of groups, learnings, events and appreciate the support to do so.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am paid fairly for my job title, but not for doing the work of 3 people. I would be happier if I could delegate or we could grow our team(s). I already prioritize my work, and cannot drop the ball on what has been put in my scope.
