My leadership team is clear about our mission/goals and care about the well being of employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The way the leadership team cares about employees and their input. As well as the transparency. I feel like my work matters.
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving complex issues with my team. I love collaborating with them to solve issues. No better feeling than closing out an issue/project together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits and base salary are great. However, the bonuses are not as much which is something we should improve on as competitors and other companies offer better bonuses.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has some of the kindest and brightest people IBM has to offer. They are constantly teaching me something new everyday and make me look forward to coming to work everyday.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way we are trusted with major business decsions and encouraged to solve problems and come up with new ways of working. Everyone encourages innovation, curiousity, and being your most authentic self.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is so diverse and outgoing. Everyone is always willing to help one another. I can always asks questions and they always are willing to help. My team also cares for one another.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping build financial models and solve business issues. Being a trusted business advisor who helps make better business decisions with financial analysis. As well as getting to interact with my team. They make working here a great experience.

At IBM, you can be you. Not a lot of people can say that they can be themselves and bring their best selves to work everyday but at IBM, you can. You are encouraged to be you and do your best work.
