Culture is pretty stagnated, but leadership tries to make and stimulate meaningful connections with limited to zero support and budget from corporate

the best part of my compensation package is being able to rely upon my base salary as I have zero compensation outside of that. No bonuses, etc...
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team specifically: drive, passion, dedication to their tribe, company, and craft. All while learning new things and upholding a significantly high bar of quality for end-users with our limited resources.
