Flexibility to work from home two days a week prior to Covid.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For our particular business unit, we view each other as a village. We are all proud of the work we do for the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're a small team but we take pride to ensure that information flowing from our department is concise and accurate for the various business units we provide information too.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate leadership is very support of its employees and ensures that there is open communication on both sides if there are conversations that need to be had regarding improvements. I appreciate my immediate manager who is awesome and has her direct reports interest at heart first always.
