The larger company is decent, stable. My team and department is hard-charging and successful. I worry that the corporate culture might be taken over by Social Justice/Critical Race Theory dogmatism, though. If that happens, it would become a hostile workplace.
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing the work carefully and excellently, and getting appreciated and respected for it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team are Very Smart without ego issues. They focus on solving problems and doing quality work, sometimes working against unreasonable timelines/criteria, and then they laugh and relax and treat one another with respect.
