What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The focus on inclusivity at the executive level is evident and is trickling down throughout the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There does not seem to be equity in band levels and timely promotions which directly impact compensation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've noticed an increased level of communication from the executive team via blogs and the CEO office hours. That communication and transparency is critical for employees to clearly understand our corporate focus and direction.
