What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy at IBM is that I get to do interesting technical work that contributes to an important IBM product that customers need and that they are willing to pay hundred of thousands for. I feel useful and important.
What are some of the best things about your team?
At IBM a woman is free to express her opinion, and express interest in taking on a work item without fear of being shut down. I can volunteer for important technical work, and get the assignment. It's a wonderful place for women to work, that is full with real opportunities of women to contribute.
