I think IBM is a great company overall in terms of what we do but get into careers, it's a tough place to work and grow. I feel like leadership doesn't understand how important employee's happiness is or they just don't care.

the close relationships I've been able to develop and the people I get to work with
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I find that IBM cherry-picks a handful of people to groom and those are the folks who see the most growth and success. I don't think it makes sense that I'm a year into my role and for example, only not learning that part of my job is putting together contracts for our clients. It's mindblowing.
