Challenging but overall rewarding. Operationally it takes patience but folks care about what they do. To be most rewarding, you must find avenues other than comp and benefits (e.g. value working remotely, etc.) . As the economy recovers, ability to attract and maintain top talent could become hard

Hard workers, that produce results. We get along well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone works hard and outwardly displays care for the offerings, solutions and fellow co-workers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team, and organization, does a good job of recognizing individual contributions, and aligning them to broader goals/objectives.
What makes you most happy at work?
Honestly, I love working remotely...as opposed to an open office. Though working remote daily is a function of the times at the moment, I hope this continues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Impossible to get cleared for band-10, despite my managers (multiple over the past 5 years) best efforts. As a result my annual raises and certainly bonuses have been less impactful. This year they were able to give me more that my norm 1-2%, but I feel I'm behind where I should be as a result
