Overall, I've had a great experience. I'm grateful for my team, I love the work I do, and the benefits are great. I would love a more communicative atmosphere as well as clearer goals and a more robust headcount, but I'm overall pretty happy with my position.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If we were able to hire more people on our team. My subteam has dwindled from 3-4 people to 1 person since weather.com was bought by IBM.
