The most positive aspect of the culture and environment is the diversity and volunteerism initiatives to help in the external global communities plus within the company.

The best aspect of the leadership team is the encouragement to embrace new ways of executing projects, enabling team members to acquire leadership abilities, and to continuously learn new valuable skills.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy at work is contributing to meaningful projects, participating in fulfilling activities with colleagues such as volunteering, and my manager being very sincerely caring when providing me feedback and support.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm super grateful for my role, however, I have worked a lot of extra hours so I feel unrecognized for my extra efforts on the same salary. My role entails multiple jobs in one because the projects involve a lot of various skills that could be done by multiple people. I'd feel better with fair pay.
