Helpful and collaborative. Not mercenaries. Not crabs in a bucket.

They seem smart. They approach problem solving in a mature fashion.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Folks are very experienced and use big brains and data for problem solving
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've never had an interview where the starting negotiation (floor figure) was less than my current salary. So there is a lot of upside in other companies.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel like I am on a good squad that never makes the playoffs. Accordingly the strategy, coaching, and plays keep changing but we never get the wins.
