A healthy and cooperative working environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open mindedness and empathy makes the culture more healthy and friendly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My Team consist of many new and fresh minds and always up for challenges, ready to learn and have a best attitude which makes them the best team in the account.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership may not be the best among rest. But it comprises of few leaders who continuously support, trust and believes what I do, and become front foot when things does not work as per schedule. Which is very important being part of a better leader.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have supported many initiatives being part of IBM from last (more then) 11 years. While working on a critical Banking client project , I did scratch assignments with in Account, handled and still handles IBM club, taken care of many virtual events during year 2020. Not happy with benifits.
