Poor management. Managers having their own agenda to move to the next position. Does not challenge employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Equal pay for equal work. As a black woman with an MBA, I am paid the least on my team. My coworkers do not have an advanced degree and we all have the same number of work years.
