My salary and vacation days which are better and comparable compared to my last employer respectively.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are always striving for growth for employees both personally and professionally. They provide so many outlets for learning.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get so much done off the side of our desks (when in the office). We are also able to balance our workloads with one another seamlessly.

They continue to be transparent about changes going on within IBM and how we will adapt and thrive with changes as they occur to be one of the best in the industry.
