Rocky. I was purchased as an asset and told I am valuable and important. As before, there is a lot demanded of me, hours are too long to be sustainable, and everything is the most important thing all the time. All that and related is the same, but I am not treated well, e.g. real training is blocked

Solving the challenging problems for and delighting my customers. Mentoring my colleagues and watching them succeed. Coaching across the organization and watching people improve their performance and achieve their goals. Being included and participating as an integral part of something big
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop change that is for the sake of change. Execute on what you promise. Deliver to everyone not just your inner circle. Fully understand what all your products and people are and do. Stop RIFing smart & productive who are sacrificing for you, while saying "you matter." Bring women back to the table
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I took a 50% pay cut and was told to be happy I have a job. I am. But I also have many hot skills and am highly trained with an awesome experience and a proven track record of delivering. I'd like to be treated fairly, in my area, there is a boys club and I'm kept from having a seat at the table
