What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Supporting (retaining) staff rather than paying dividends and disproportionate executive salaries. Layoffs are planned by people who don't understand OUR business, resulting in poor choices and unintended consequences. They make it worse than it needs to be. Transparency re: layoffs.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Layoffs -- the endless layoffs, quarter after quarter. The company puts on a happy face and talks about all the great things they do while dumping highly qualified great workers WHILE hiring. Improve by reducing layoffs and involving OUR leaders in layoff decisions.
