I like my work and my team but wish that the RA's can be limited and Promotion/ Salary increase are not dependent on a force rank (as we are stacked against several different teams/dept/ org).

The people and their positive attitude to remove any barriers needed to succeed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Passion, hunger to deliver results, make a positive impact, stay focused and calm (especially in 2020).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been an asset (based on manager reviews) and delivering results. I have been here for 7 years now with the same title. Base salary increased YoY but that is given across the org. Feel like the company should recognize and increase the base pay as well as promote without asking for it.
