Overall, my company is a 9 on a scale of 1-10. Awesome learning opportunities, great leadership team; great co-workers, great atmosphere; room to be me; and the ability to make changes. Lacks in pay, acknowledgement of value and recognition.

My team is awesome, open minded for the most part; thinkers and doers, support and communicate with care.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My role is an integral part to the success of learning delivery and should be rewarded with an annual increase in pay, and a bonus for keeping things afloat given the impact the pandemic has had on the economy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Workplace inclusion and diversity is key and noted. Many teams have been created to enhance the awareness and climate especially given the current state we are facing today. Glad to be a part of a company who shows it cares.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing I have a team who knows what to do and how to adapt to the changing environment and having the feeling they trust what I do and recognize and appreciate the importance of my role and contributions for a successful delivery of services.
