
A desire to be inclusive and to continuously learn and improve in pursuit of that ideal.
They don't just say they want our organization to transform. They expect us to bring initiatives and ideas, and fully support them.
IBM used to pay "better than the competition", and it was something we were proud of. It differentiated us in the industry. And now we shoot for the middle of the pack and we can rarely pay someone above that middle ground.
Everybody is on the same page. Our leadership team has been clear about our strategy and our objectives, and that helps us to all know what we're supposed to do. I did not have that at all in my prior job (also at IBM, but in the Power organization)
