learning a new skill to improve my life outcomes for the better.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they seem to work well with each other but communication of knowledge needs work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i am a contractor I don't get benefits like sick leave, vacation time, nor does my contract company offer good benefits. I get 5000.00 personal deduction before it pays a dime. I went all last 3 years without real benefits nor any real healthcare. I need a permanent home with benefits.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
i love the opportunity to learn and grow for a better tomorrow. I see a path now that I never saw before. I like the fact that IBM is opening up about nurodeviant issues. I have come to learn somethings about myself that i never understood. I see a place where the walls are disappearing.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They ignore and only want to work with people of the same experienced vets of the mainframe. As a new new to IT of 2 years from a program to train non-IT persons for a mainframe job. I am learning but they rather not share knowledge so I have to stay quite and keep my questions to myself.
