What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Showing the way that our daily work impacts the bigger IBM picture. It's been 4 years since we were acquired and I still don't know how we fit in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I find it grossly unfair that my salary and merit increases are tied to IBM performance since my work does not directly affect IBM's bottom line. My compensation should be tied to market value.
