I have had great opportunities to do impactful work, however I am very frustrated that I have posted for internal roles only to find out they already have someone in mind. This has happened 3 times. I also continually worry about losing my job.

It truly is about the people I interact with. The culture is supportive, engaging and fun.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Developing trust, providing transparency in relation to opportunities. New opportunities are given to 'insiders' and not open to realistically considering someone else.
What makes you most happy at work?
I wish there were options, to say - I am not happy every day, but definitely most days. Most happy is when teams are recognized for outcomes and the team knows they are making a difference.
