Pay competitively with other big tech firms. We are far underpaid. The total comp gap between Band 10 and Band D is ridiculous. And we're losing early career people who can 2x their salary by going elsewhere.
1. Stop the churn 2. Start listening to someone besides the echo chamber of DEs and Fellows. The company has lost Straight Talk. Reality is not being communicated to the execs. 3. Pay and reward competitively. 4. Fix the substandard health benefits.
