My PMR is below market average and there was a resistance to a comprehensive evaluation.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Bluepages culture. People are usually approachable and friendly, and are open to being contacted out of the Blue (pun intended).

My team is bright and open, they are willing to listen to a diversity of ideas and share knowledge in different forms.
